Is there a difference in scoop size for the 2 PW?

I got 2 PW last week, and 1 has a scoop that looks to be about double the size of the other. The grams per container is a little different on the 2 tubs. Both say 90 servings per container, 1 scoop per serving, but how is there such a huge difference in scoop size?

18cc is the correct scoop size (says the cc amount on the scoop)
