  • Timing Questions GM WF PW

    OK, I am about to start a stack of Green Mag/White Flood/PW. All 3 of these say to take pre workout. I know the White Flood is a must ~30 mins before, but can the Mag be taken after? I'm also used to drinking something during workout. Can PW be used during workout (workouts normally last for 1-1 1/2 hrs)?

    Ideally, with my schedule and class, I would want it to be like this

    30 Mins before - White Flood
    During Workout - either Green Mag or PW
    Post Workout - whatever is left + protein + glutamine

    Any recommendations?

      OK, how far apart for GM and WF? Can it be 30-45 mins before with WF and then 5 mins before with GM or should GM be before WF?

        I put 1 scoop WF, 1 scoop GM and 4 scoops of PW mixed in a 1.5 litre bottle of water and start drinking it 30min before my workout and try and finish it halfway in my workout.

          If you want you can take both GM and WF together 30 min pre. Taste great together

            OK so the way CL recommends would be 60 mins before GM, 30 WF. PW during is good with me.

                thanx for clearing up when to take the PW.. i thuoght pre-workout but it looks like during workout.. looks like this is my new staple for during workouts esepecially those grueling 45 minute cardio sessions
