OK, I am about to start a stack of Green Mag/White Flood/PW. All 3 of these say to take pre workout. I know the White Flood is a must ~30 mins before, but can the Mag be taken after? I'm also used to drinking something during workout. Can PW be used during workout (workouts normally last for 1-1 1/2 hrs)?
Ideally, with my schedule and class, I would want it to be like this
30 Mins before - White Flood
During Workout - either Green Mag or PW
Post Workout - whatever is left + protein + glutamine
Any recommendations?
