    Cable Scoops: 20 x 15, 15 , 17.5, 10 x 20 (6 x 10 {6 sec. holds})

    good pump and energy especially thru the first 2 exercises.

      T-Bar Rows (makeshift): 30 x 90, 20 x 135, 20 x 160, 15 x 180

      Lat pushdowns: 20 x 37.5, 15 x 50, 12 x 55 (10 x 37.5)

      Rope upper pull backs: 15 x 60, 15x 72.5, 12 x 85

      I was really happy with this workout...felt good.

        no workout or supps today...the Football game sort of took up the entire day..going three overtimes and all.
