Interesting. So it would basically be pointless to take one scoop GM pre and then cee post? I look forward to trying this once I run out of xceed.

Pointless might be a little extreme... if you wanted to go "all powder" (which seems to be about 50% of consumers) you COULD go GM pre and CEE post... nothing wrong with that.

I'll also experiment with GM postworkout BUT for the record I personally caution people against exceeding the recommended dosage of GM (at least initially)... the dose is more than enough.

If GM is supposed to be taken PWO (in my case), does that mean I should feel the effects on my NEXT workout?

When it does give me all the benefits it says it does, i'd hate to have it be wasted AFTER my workout .

this is a creatine product.. you'll feel it working when creatine starts to work..
