So what kinda doses would you personally recommend at this time. One pre-workout...... should we try taking any post-workout? For the most part, I really only care for pre-workout supplements but I sip GG and PW throughout my workout which is fine. And I decided that I like GG after my first big excersize or halfway through my workout.

Can't wait to try things out!

I like green bulge pre, and 1/2 scoop of green magnitude post. this makes the green magnitude last 160 days or 5 1/3 months.
