Thoughts
Today's workout was intense. The pumps from the White Flood werent felt as much as previous workouts but the endurance sure was there. I hit 185 today with a spotter helping me push out the last rep. I was burned out afterwards from the flat bench.
I checked my weight today and the scaled measured me in at 189.5 I just ate a meal about 30-40 min before weighing myself so ill have to check it agian on Wednesday to be sure.

*Note* From now on I'll put up ratings of my workout and pump ratings. I feel as if my previous post was a bit messy and hard to read. The big clump of words all scrambled together makes me not want to read it either!
