    Alright I do a 48 grams protien shake mixed with a cup of oats. What does the rest of the board take post workout?

    that's like um... 60g protein, 45g carbs (15g fiber), and iono, like 15g fat.

      a cup of muscle oats (30g of protein, 34g carbs) gluta-force and 1-2qts of water.

        2 scoops of On Whey and 2 mouth fulls of liquid aminos.

        about 60 grams of protein and a ton of Amino Acids

            I have 1 scoop protein and 1 cup oats. Maybe i should up it to 2 scoops of protein (54g protein). Oats are 166g carbs. Is that too much??

                i read somewhere u should only have about 30g protein and 70g carbs post workout.

                  i rarely take money into consideration when i purchase supplements.. I buy what works...

                  syntha-6 has an excellent profile.

                        i used to do 50 grams of protien 30 grams of carbs

                        but i am moving to a during work out shake -which according to chuck from scivation , it works out better for gaining solely lean weight
                        its going to be 2 scoops of AI rasberry and 15 grams of AI bcaas (xcell)

                          wayyy too many carbs, not enough protein..

                          limit carbs to 70, and protein get about 50

                            Granola bar immediately postworkout and a whey shake as soon as possible. My post-workout currently isn't "optimal", but my pre-workout is pretty solid.

                            Always looking to improve it.
