I am going to be starting a new stack of Muscle Milk, Glycergrow, and Cellmass next month and need to get my scoop usage down for Glycergrow.
Here is what I currently have in mind:
Day 1-5 1-2 Scoops Throughout workout(To assess tolerance)
In this time I don't expect to see to many results except for vascularity and better pumps
Day 6-30 3 Scoops Throughout workout(End of first month)
This would be the time I would expect most results.
Day 31-90 2 Scoops Throughout Workout(12 week cycle break)
Now I would expect overall growth in size, strength, and vascularity. The break would last for about 2 weeks and then I would repeat.
Is that a decent setup. I don't really want to do 4 scoops all the time
