    I just went out and got a nice treadmill so I can do cardio on my non lift days.

    What stack do you guys reccomend I take on cardio days??
    I want to get the most of everyday.

    I treat cardio days just like regular workout days in terms of supplementation. You still want to take your creatine(GB or GM) and PW(taken about 10-15 before) will help a TON in terms of endurance/stamina during cardio. I think you were also taking BU, if you still are I would still recommend taking it pre workout.

        I dont like to use the NO products or the GG for cardio becvause it getts my legs so pumped that it is hard to go for a long time. Def do the Wraath and the bulge though.
        Dont ask for a light load, Ask for a strong back,and also some huge biceps while your asking.
