    Alright workout today, felt good to do abs and stretch but cardio is just becoming more and more blah. I tried messing with the setting and stuff to make it more “interesting” but didn’t do too much. My Ipod was all jacked up so I think that played a HUGE role in it as well. Hopefully I can get that fixed in time for my next cardio session. I am however happy with the continued increase in my weighted pull-ups, I am really feeling some great gains here. Just like last week also I kept the added stretches to work my legs a bit more.

    Side Effects
    Some tightness today but nothing like they were last Saturday. All in all pretty mild and am getting some very good recovery. Energy was once again great and is providing a great boost. Pumps and vascularity are high as well and were quite pronounced today after the workout. Libido is still high and sleep is very deep and going well.

      Comments
      Very good measurements this week and am quite happy to seem some more growth in my upper body. I gained 1.6 lbs this week, increased in chest, shoulders and arms with keeping waist at bay again. I am extremely satisfied with that and can’t ask for too much more. It’s great to see some growth in my arms again, strength has been going up so I knew that size had to be on its way. Again good week really and hope for more this upcoming week. Also today I’m buying a new TV to welcome football season so hopefully when I post my pics tonight, I’ll have a pic of my new TV as well! Going with some friends so hopefully we can get in to my condo today.

        Comments And Thoughts
        Good workout today, had some great intensity and was able to get a solid workout in. Didn’t increase on as many lifts as I thought that I would but did increase on some. The ones I increased in were kickbacks and hammer curls. Good to see those continue to go up. Felt good overall and got all reps with good form. Happy with the workout but hope to increase some more for next workout.

        Side Effects
        Great energy as usual and is still hitting me right around 90 min after having my meal. Pumps(especially lats today) and vascularity are high as well and am still quite impressed in this area. No other real changes in libido or sleep from the past few updates.

          Comments And Thoughts
          Pretty good workout today, had a great burn going and really hammered out the reps. Increased on OLLP's and SLDL's in a set each, felt good and will hopefully increase on some more come Friday. Can't really say enough about the one legged exercises and there ability to raise the entire level of my workout. Good stuff for sure. Ab circuit tomorrow!

          Side Effects
          Great pump in my calves today veins were popping out like crazy. Definitely seems to be the norm for leg days now. Energy today was good but seemed to hit me a bit later than usual not sure why nothing has changed, just going to make note of it. Fullness throughout the day is still good and am having a nice full feeling almost all the time.

            Well I got my Ipod fixed today and cardio was much better and not bad at all really. Very happy that it was just as “technical” problem last time and not something else. Increased on both knee raises and leg raises today and actually set a PR on leg raises. Felt great to bump those up and am quite happy the way my core strength has been increasing.

            Side Effects
            DOMS were present today but definitely on the on the low side. Energy was good as were pumps and fullness. Had some very nice vascularity in my calves after cardio and in my arms after bandwork. Nothing else new to report on in the other areas, sleep is still going great a libido is still holding steady where it has been.

                        It was going very well, I was/am up a little over 5 lbs in 6 weeks. Which were very lean gains. In addition to that all lifts went up a decent amount especially in my lower body and arms. Bench was stuck for a while in the beginning but finally started to increase towards the end.
