    Yah, i don't mention it in my log on bb.com but i always do extreme streching on off-days. That plus my growth through my heavy weight workouts leads to many strech marks.(Good thing)

        Well, it's just a contest that is going on over at BB.com. It's being held by the OBF(official bodybuilding federation), nothing too big but just some good motivation and some fun.

        Yeah that'd be cool for sure, I start school on the 19th so anytime really. No real plans. Let me know what works for you, my schedule is extremely flexible LOL.

          Comments
          Pretty satisfied with today’s numbers all around. Gained almost a pound while keeping waist, hips and BF in check for another week. It’s feeling really good to be able to control those fairly well thus far. I also had some nice grow in my lower body and grew in both my thighs and calves which had been at a stand still for the past few weeks. Along with that I also had a solid gain in my forearms and in my shoulders. Biceps have also gained a bit but not a full 1/8” so that’s why it is not marked above, hopefully next week there will be an increase. As I had said yesterday I will be switching up my pre-workout meal a bit to see if I notice any benefits from the change. I will be dropping the almonds and adding a ½ cup more oatmeal. Hopefully I will see more good things with this change. Again quite pleased with the numbers and hope to continue with the gains.

            Comments And Thoughts
            Well the increase in carbs certainly seemed to help. Energy and intensity were the highest they have been on this log thus far. Workout went great, set some good records improving in weight and reps from last workout. Increased in rows, lat pull down, BB curls and hammer curls. Looking forward to next workout already and seeing what increases will take place.

            Side Effects
            Energy, pumps and vascularity were all amplified today and were great. As I said above the increase in carbs was great. I hope that this will lead to a "leaner" look as well and that effect will increase. Fullness throughout the day is very good, always having a slight pumped feeling. Libido and sleep are both up and going well.

              Hell of a workout today to say the least. Intensity was through the roof and it led to some great increases in a couple of lifts. The increases in SLDL's really felt great and were much needed. The intensity with the one legged exercises was just amplified but adding the hold at the top. Lunges are going quite well also and increased in a set there as well. Feeling some good increases in strength and am very pleased thus far.

              Side Effects
              Energy has been great and is better with the added carbs. Definitely made a positive initial difference. Hopefully this will prove to be beneficial outside of just energy and pumps. Vascularity has also gotten better and have gotten even more in my calves and quads. Fullness throughout the day is still good and staying with me nicely. Libido has seemed to level off, pretty high I might add but still not to the magnitude of ActivaTe. Still getting very good deep sleep leaving me very refreshed and ready to go in the morning.

                  Thanks! Mainly I do stationary but I do occasionally do walking. I feel I get better form/ROM doing them stationary, can concentrate more on the lift at hand.

                    All in all a good workout. Cardio is not fun but am getting it done nevertheless. Worked in a few new stretches today to counteract the added tightness that I am having in my legs. Seemed to work well as I had no tightness by the time cardio time came. Ab circuit is going well and I still have hope for the abs yet.

                    Side Effects
                    A lot of the same tightness in my legs today, not really DOMS per say but just rather tight. Nothing too bad as they were worked out quite easily. Energy was good and really helped to propel me through cardio. Pumps and vascularity were great in my calves as they are always on cardio days. I will comment more on the leaning out effect on Sunday for the week's reflection. Libido is still at a stand still and has seemed to level off, will note if it increases. I just want to make sure to note that it is high just not increasing further at this point.

                      Comments And Thoughts
                      Great overall workout today, I was very pleased with the increases that took place. I increased on a set in bench which felt great to start having some more movement there. Also I increased on a set of hammer curls and one arm DB rows. This is the second workout in a row where I increased in DB rows. Strength really seems to be exploding in that area. Once again very happy to see bench go up and I hope it’s a sign of more to come.

                      Side Effects
                      Arms are sore as hell but feel great! Energy and intensity were very good today and are still hitting me right about the time I hit the gym. The 90 min pre still seems to be the best timing for me thus far. Pumps and vascularity are going well as is fullness throughout the day. Libido is high but no change from the previous days.

                            Awesome session today, I was definitely in the zone and intensity was great. Each lag day where I have OLLP's it just puts me into and amazing mental state that has allowed me to get some sick workouts in. Besides just being a good day I also had some nice increases as well. I am very pleased with the new PR in SLDL's and OLLE's. Felt good to get an extra push as those and the others as well. Really happy with the increases so far.

                            Side Effects
                            No soreness today at all, I really thought I was going to have some DOMS in my arms but was happily surprised to wake up with no pain. Energy as I said above was great and just amplified by the particular workout. Quads and claves had a very good pump along with solid vascularity. Libido and sleep are both going well but no change from the past few days.

                              Nice work i also did legs just a little less weight than you. I am loving the weight on the seated raises though, thats very good imo.
