    Stretching went very well today as did the rest of the workout. Pretty tight in my legs but seemed to be worked out as usual by the combo of bandwork and light cardio. Ab's went quite well also and am definitely getting stronger in the abdominal region. In addition to strength feeling great there I also increased on my last set of pull ups and was able to get out 8 quality reps.

    Side Effects
    No real DOMS today but tightness was very present and am expecting DOMS tomorrow. Energy, pumps and vascularity were quite good as normal. No real increases in them since yesterday but still fairly high all around. Also want to note that libido was noticeably higher today and am thinking(hoping) that it is here to stay since it has appeared to kick in. Sleep improvements are still exceeding my expectations.

      Quite happy with the weigh in and measurements. Had a nice gain in weight, almost a pound, and gained in my chest and shoulders. I was also able to keep my waist, hips and BF in check while gaining. Very happy with that and can’t ask for much more than solid gains while keeping those down. Would however like to see some more grow in my lower body and biceps for next week. Still deciding whether or not I will switch up my pre-workout meal but am thinking I will stick with it because it seems to be working great for me now. Still, I will give it more thought and come to a decision before tomorrow.

        Comments And Thoughts
        Today's workout went quite well, hit a new PR and had a couple of different increases as well. Hit a new PR on hammer curls which felt really good and am making great progress in that area. Thursday or next week I hope to move up in at least one set of BB curls as well. Increased weight and reps for two set in shoulder press and incline flyes also. I am very happy with these increases because it's showing me that growth is taking place all around. Bench is feel good and hopefully soon will be bumping up in that area.

        Side Effects
        Energy was once again pretty high and is still hitting me more or less right around when I hit the gym, around 90 minutes after my meal. Pumps are about the same as they have been(good) while vascularity seems to be increasing and getting better. As far as the leaning out effect is concerned I guess I can say it is working as I have added mass while keeping waist and BF in check. I'm sure this will get better I just wanted to touch on it. Libido is slightly higher then previously and seems to be on the rise, just taking more time to kick in than ActivaTe.

              Comments And Thoughts
              Excellent workout today, I hit my goals for it and then some. I set a new PR on calf raises and also increased weight on another set as well. In addition to that I increased on reps for a set of DB lunges, I was hoping for possibly a new PR but am still happy with the progress. SLDL’s went very well at the new weight from last time and are definitely feeling good. OLLP’s are still supplying the same great intensity they always do, however I will be switching back to regular leg presses in a few weeks just for change. Looking forward to ab circuit tomorrow!

              Side Effects
              Energy is still very high and going well. Pumps and vascularity seem to be getting better as time goes. I think P-Slin, Yellow Gold and PowerFull are making a very potent combo for this. Overall fullness throughout the day is great as well and definitely noticeable. Starting to notice a bit of a “leaning” out effect but nothing too drastic at this point. Libido is moving on up but slowly. Sleep however is still very deep and am feel very refreshed in the morning.

                    Felt some pretty nice strength increases today. All ab work is feeling very good and can tell that I am about ready to add some more weight to the hanging exercises. Band work went very well also and as always was a great warm up for cardio by working out the tightness I had in my legs. Nothing much else to add about the workout, just went well all around.

                    Side Effects
                    Alot of tightness today in my lower body that seemed to stick with me almost the entire day. It didn’t really get worked out until bandwork and cardio. DOMS are definitely on their way, no worries though. Vascularity was amazing today after cardio, the veins were popping out of my calves. Pumps were quite good as well just not as noticeable as the vascularity increase today. Fullness throughout the day is up and going well. Libido is still on the rise and is starting to be more and more noticeable. Nothing to complain about in the sleep department at all with this line up.

                      Awesome workout today with some sick intensity. Saw some nice increases in strength today while increasing on rows, hammer curls and tricep kickbacks. Feeling better on bench and know that an increase in coming up sometime soon. Good workout with solid gains being made. Looking forward to tomorrows leg day where I will be giving one legged leg extensions, with hold, a go.

                      Side Effects
                      Energy is still high, but staying level. Some great pumps in my chest and lats today and were very pronounced. Vacularity in my forearms and biceps were quite good and seem to keep getting better. Libido keeps moving up and is becoming more and more noticeable each day!

                            Sorry about the update yesterday but I was "taking a break". Anyway today’s workout went very well and am very happy with the increases that were made. I added 5 lbs to my last set of hanging leg raises and really felt the burn. I still got all my reps and with perfect form. Stretching as per usual worked out the soreness and tightness that I had. Cardio finished that off and left the gym feeling great. Looking forward to updated measurement tomorrow.

                            Side Effects
                            DOMS were definitely present today. Stayed with me most of the day but really on were worked out during my workout. Energy is still high, but I have decided to up my pre-workout meal to 1.5 cups oats(dropping the almonds) and see how I respond to that method. Pumps and vascularity were once again very good and both showed greatly after cardio. Libido is UP as well and is really starting to impress me at this point and am hoping that it will keep increasing.

                            Coming home from the gym and the tornado siren goes off, shit starts blowing everywhere and I'm on the top floor of my condo complex. Yeah, not feeling too safe right now, hope it passes soon.
