      3 sets; 40lbs barbell walking lunges (about 24 steps ea. set)
      3-10x65 deadlifts
      3-75x20 abductor machine
      3-75x20 adductor machine
      3-10x35 leg curl
      3-10x65 leg extensions
      10x120; 2-10x140; donkeys (calves)

      I had a full scoop of GM before and 2 scoops of PW during my workout. Legs are barely sore today.

                  Woke up this morning not really feeling the gym. Had my protein shake and a serving of turkey links. Got to the gym, warmed up and started with squats. Thought about going lighter after the first set. Still wasn't motivated to go heavy. I don't know what happened, I'm guessing it's the Purple Wrath with a mixture of Metallica and Marilyn Manson but not only did I go heavier but I also kicked butt on walking lunges. I've never walked across the whole gym before. A quarter of the way and I'm always huffing and puffing. Don't get me wrong I was still huffing and puffing, sweat was pouring down my face but I got all the way across and all the way back. My legs were on fire and I know I'll pay tomorrow but today turned out to be a kick ass day! Woo hoo!
