Thanks! My lower body is the easy part. It's my upper body I have a hard time whipping into shape.

          Shoulders/Cardio

          Shoulders:
          4-20x30lbs - BB shoulder press
          4-20x10 - Machine shoulder press
4-20x5 - Seated side lateral raises
          4-20x5 - Front raises
          4-12x30; 3-12x25 - Face pulls

          Cardio:
10 minutes on stair mill @ 7 (gym was closing so not enough time to do a full 20)

Tonight was good. I did low weights, high reps and also added an extra set. Felt really good. My shoulders were on fire. After the way the Raiders choked tonight I needed to get my frustrations out.

          f-n Raiders!

            Legs

            3-15x90; 15x180 - Hack Squat
            4-15x90 - Leg press
            4-12x25 - DB dead lifts
            4-15x30 - Seated leg curls
            4-15x50 - Kickback (machine)
            4-15x50 - Seated calves

            Cardio:
            25 minutes - Walked dog

Went lower weight, high rep again today. My quads and glutes were on fire. Didn't care for the hack squat, give me the squat rack any day. I'm hungry, time to go eat. I had 3 homemade chocolate chip cookies today. Soo good.

I've been out the last week because of a stomach bug but I'm feeling much better. Was getting bored with my workouts too so last night I tried drop sets and loved the burn I had going. It was shoulder night so I figured it be the perfect body part to try it out on. Tonight will be back and bi so we’ll see how that goes. My stomach is feeling better, still a little queesy but not as bad. My appetite is back so that’s a really good thing. I think I’ll stick with drop sets for a few weeks to see how it works out. Next on my list will be 5×5. I need to do alittle more research into it. If anyone out there has done it feel free to leave me some tips. Or even on the drop sets.

                15×8; 12.5×10; 10×10; 7.5×8 - Lateral raises

                15×7; 12.5×8; 10×6; 7.5×6

                15×5; 12.5×6; 10×6; 7.5×5

                12.5×12; 10×8; 7.5×8 - Front raises

                12.5×8; 10×6; 7.5×7

                12.5×6; 10×6; 7.5×6

                40×12; 30×15; 20×12 - BB press

                40×10; 30×12; 20×8

                40×6; 30×8; 20×6

                35×15; 25×12; 20×15 - Face pulls

                35×12; 25×10; 20×12

                35×8; 25×8; 20×8

100 reps - Shoulder press machine

Cardio - Walking the dog - don’t want to over do it. :0)
