ok so i just got my green mag, purple wrath, white flood, and gold standard 100% whey protein. i would like to know when i should be taking these things and how much of each.i workout Monday, Wednesday,Friday, & sun. on each of my work out days i go to the gym at 12-1 then later on i go again at 4-6. except for Sundays i only go to the gym in the 1st session. any help will be appreciated. thanks in advance

Pre cardio 1 scoop of wraath in 32 oz H2O and keep on drinking during cardio.
Pre weights
45 min pre GM
30 min pre/on the way to the gym WF
During w/o 1-2 scoops PW
Post w/o shake
If cutting pre cardio meal 1-1.5 hours prior protien. I like to eat a small apple on the way to the gym. Pre weights protein and complex carb. And most important....Do or do not. There is no try!
