  • Help on when to take supplements

    I am currently taking EAS 100% Whey,
    Green MAGnitude
    White Flood
    AminoAcid Liquid

    how can i mix it pre workout ? shd i mix GM with my whey postworkout ?
    n just take the WF preworkout ?
    please help i need some advice on this, thanks

    Here is how I would take it...

    30-60 pre(I do 45)-1 scoop GM
    0-30 pre(I do 30)-2 scoops WF
    Post-PWO shake w/ whey

      I agree with Chris. Depending on your goals, you can also consume a couple more protein shakes during the day.

            Ok guys you were kind enough to answer my questions earlier on the timing of GM, PW, and WF so I have just one more for you.

            After reading the reviews of GG it sounds like an awesome product so I ordererd some. How do I time this one with the others above?

              GG is definitely a great addition to that stack, here is how I recommend timing it...


              30-60 pre(I do 45)-1 scoop GM, 2 scoops GG(with your GM)
              0-30 pre(I do 30)-2 scoops WF
              10 min pre-1 scoop PW
              During-1 scoop PW, 1 scoop GG
              Post-1 scoop GG
