    that's why I'm contemplating moving the WB to 7:30pm ... I've read some of the reviews with WB @ pm and thought that might help w/ any insomnia that XF may cause ...

      ^^ bumping this up because I have another question and feel no need to clutter the forum with more threads .... with that in mind -


      when I switch over to this stack -
      GB/BU/WB/PW (possible change to GG)/Xfactor/Xtend/Magnesium
      -
      should I also be concerned about which multi-vitamin I consume? Currently taking Mega Men 2x a day, but I want to achieve the best possible results from this stack.

      Also, would love to hear comments on substituting PW with GG at 4:45.

            oh, I still need to do some more research into GG, but wanted some help in determining what are the pros and cons of swapping out PW with GG for this stack?

              looks pretty good, but i thought that for x factor you were supposed to go with the biggest dose pre workout(2 pills)? so other that that dose, you would only need to take it individually twice during the day
