  • Girl Power Transformation: *Special_K*

    Hello all,

    I'm a 22yr old starting math teacher. I've always had a weight problem, mostly because of my love-hate relationship with chocolate and pastries, and although I always liked exercising,it seems like I never have the time. Right now I'm at the "best shape" I've been in my WHOLE life ...I know it's sad...

    My goals for this contest are:

    *To win! ... of course
    *To loose body fat...and hopefully never find it again
    * Improve muscle tone...."Oh YEAH Baby!
    *DIVORCE...Chocolate!....This relationship is not working out anymore
    *Reduce Stress
    *Look good on a certain brown top my husband got for me
    *Go into a clothes shopping spree.. after I get into shape
    *Start a healthier lifestyle
    *And finally, HAVE FUN attaining these goals!

    Well, I'm really excited about this contest, and I wish the best of luck to everyone participating!

                Hello to all again!!
                Thank you all that replied for the support

                Well today it was LEG day! Wow, I just finished working out 10 minutes ago and I am totally beat. I've decided I'm going to do a 5 day rotation program, Since i started working out on Sunday (Thursday was my day off), today it would be day 5. Also I made a spreadsheet to keep track of my weight progression. I attached it (not really sure how to paste part of a spreadsheet into this post..anyone knows?).


                Right now I'm still *iffy* on my diet, because I haven't been keeping exact track on the amount of calories. I'm carb cycling, I just have to keep a measure on the amount of calories, so I just signed for fit day, and I'm getting the hang of how to use it, hopefully I'll have my daily calorie intake up and running by this weekend.

                Well, I hope you all have a great weekend!

                I'm open for any comments, questions or suggestions..I would truly appreciate it.

                    I must say I was shocked to see you actually working out after 9pm, but come on them sumo squats are just lame, I'm going to have to kick your into gear.

                          Well,I'm sorry It was almost midnight,I had just worked out and I had a *Di-Di-Di* moment

                          About the kicking my ass into gear.........mhmh..... this is coming from someone that is dying after 20 minutes of cardio.....ok.
