    Never stretch before workouts (with stationary stretches). That will put you at risk for injury. You only want to stretch after workouts. Now, before workouts you can do things like arm circles or bodyweight lunges. Also, you want to warm up by ramping your weights (eg. start light, and raise the weights).

      thanks for the advice. i should have been more clear. i'll warm up a bit on the treadmill/bike and then stretch or i'll do my first set light and then stretch.

      my legs are feeling a lot better.

        also for soreness, you could try an epsom salt bath. They are great! In fact, I should have had one tonight!

          Felt pretty weak lifting today thanks to the lack of carbs. But no worries just two more days of keto.

          Morning cardio:

          20 min on treadmill 1.17 miles & 172 cal burned.

            oh my gosh that sounds like heaven! i'll have to pick up some epsom salt. i used to take those in high school...totally forgot how wonderful they are thanks!

                Red Acid Gen 2!!!

                Just got in the RA Gen 2 today! I'm super pumped about it. I'm also trying the Green Mag tonight.

                    Great day at the gym. I'm not sure weither it was the RA or Green MAG (first time to take bothe) but my workout was killer. (good kind of killer)

                    I know I've already said it but I can't wait to put carbs back in my diet! I feel so much weaker with out them!

                    I got a sample of the Green MAG because I've never taken Creatine before and I wanted to test it out before I spend the money...I'm SOLD! Going to buy a tub over the weekend. great product. I felt really solid in the gym and it tastes great!

                        If you can swing it, get the combo deal of PW and GM. One without the other is insanity. It'll make you feel better even on low-carb days and help you retain muscle while dropping fat.

                                A lot of online dealers sell CL products. Go back to the main page and check retailers, but the best ones are usually http://www.bodybuilding.com and http://www.nutraplanet.com, in my experiences. Others use different locations.
