              Week 2 - Lowerbody #1

              Cardio warmup: 5 min 6% incline walking 3.6mph

              Squats to bench: 2x10x30#; 1x10x40#
              RDL: 1x8x30#; 1x8x40#; 1x8x70#; 1x8x60# <-bad back, had to drop down
              Reverse Lunges (each leg): 1x10x30#; 2x10x40#
              Calf raise (bodyweight only, crampage): 3x10 each leg
              Cable Crunch: 3x15x60#
              V-ups: 1x20; 2x15

              Cardio: 30 min (20 jogging/running intervals)

              Diet: 100% ON
              Training: ON
              Cardio: ON
              Sleep: 6.5hrs of interrupted sleep
              Water: 1/2Gal
              Energy: Low until my workout, then I got pumped!

                  Took today off work.. havent really been feeling good at all lately, so I figured I needed a day off... Also, my new roommie is moving in this weekend and I have to do some massive closet cleaning (right now BOTH closets are filled with my clothes- time to donate!)

                      Lat pulldowns: 1x plate#4 x12; 2x plate#6 x12; 1x plate#5 x12
                      DB pullovers: 1x #15DB x12; 2x #20DB x12
                      DB OH press: 1x #15DB x12; 2x #20DB x12
                      DB Arnold: 3x #15DB x12
                      Bench dips: 3x10
                      Cable pulldown: 3x 50# x12\

                      Cardio: ON 5min stairmaster, 30min incline walking
                      Diet: Great until around 7pm... got in a fight with my mom, I have an emotional binging issue which came in full force.
                      Sleep: 9hrs
                      Water: Not enough
                      Energy: Average

                        On schedule for today....

                        NADA!

                        Rest day for me, low carb/low cal.

                        Hopefully back at it tomorrow, my boyfriend got in an accident (some idiot side swiped his PARKED car - luckily it was an honest idiot and they left a note!) so I'm his driver until he gets a rental. If I cant do it tomorrow, I'll be back Friday and Saturday to finish my weeks workouts!

                        I have leg DOMS. Such a good feeling which I havent had in quite some time... also, my tri's are a bit sore- sah-weet!

                            He's fine, his car was parked when it happend so he wasnt in it.. It's basically the right side fender/door. Luckily they left all their info so he doesnt have to spend a dime to fix it!

                              that's too bad! But good that he doesn't have to pay for it! How do you side swipe a parked car anyways?

                                pshhh you got me!! Only thing I can think of is it happend at the beach and all the streets are really freakin' narrow there... so maybe he just got too close... I dunno. People can't drive. haha.
