    Stats:
    Age: 23
    Height: 5' 8.5”
    Weight: 155-157
    Bodyfat: Will measure this afternoon

    Will update the following measurements tonight:

    Neck:
    Biceps:
    Chest:
    Waist:
    Hips:
    Thighs:
    Calves:

    Supplements:
    100% ON Whey

    Typical Diet:
    Coffee + Protein + Oats
    Cottage cheese + berries
    Salad with chicken or tuna + oil based dressing
    Cottage cheese + berries OR lean meat + veggies
    Protein source (as lean as possible)+ veggies

    Typical workout regimen (subject to change depending on schedule):
    Monday – Lower body + 30-40min cardio
    Tues – Upper body + 30-40min cario
    Wed – Off
    Thurs – Lower body + 30-40min cardio
    Fri – Upper body + walking
    Sat & Sun – Either off or a yoga session or some jogging.

    Goals for this transformation:-Stick to diet as best I can
    -Get in a MINIMUM of 2 strength training workouts + 3-4 cardio sessions per week no matter what my schedule is like (my schedule tends to get the best of me at times)
    -Lower bodyfat
    -Gain energy
    -Gain confidence (I live in so-cal, I go to the beach. Beach = bikini. ‘Nuff said)
    -HAVE FUN! And be happy!

    I just want to say, I never, ever take back-side pictures.. ever. I was pretty horrified this morning when I saw them. I am fairly confident and happy with my front and side, but man.. I literally wanted to cry when I saw the rear. Anyway, enough pouting... on to the tranformation, right?

      I thought I'd write just a little bit about me.

      I'm 23 (will be 24 in Sept) and work as a full time Mechanical Engineer in Southern California. I design food packaging machinary, you know, the machines that put the ketchup in the little packets you get at McDonalds...
      I am also a personal trainer, NASM certified. I currently have no clients, because of my work schedule, unfortunatly engineering is not my passion, but it brings in the moola. My passion is fitness, although I still consider myself a novice in the field, I do love it. I am hoping to get my masters in Human Movement.

      Other than that, I've always been an athlete, golf, soccer, water polo, swimming, surfing, snowboarding, basketball, you name it- I've done it.

      In my spare time I love going to the beach, I live about 30-45min away from the Orange County beaches, and you can find me there most weekends. Hopefully one day I can live there.

      Other than that, there's really not much more to me...

                  Tuesday's Lower Body Workout (Missed Monday)

                  Sumo Squats: 1x12x30#, 2x10x50#
                  SLDL: 1x12x30#. 2x10x50#
                  Walking Lunges: 1x20# DBs. 2x35#DBs (across gym and back)
                  Calf Raise: Bodyweight only, calves were cramping 3x15

                  - ABS -
                  V-ups: 3x20
                  Bicycle: 3x20

                  Diet:
                  I had my first real cheat in quite a while... I have been craving pan***** for a few weeks and just had to let myself have some. I made them with water instead of milk, and used less mix than advised... Totally messed up my plan since i had them in the evening and I usually have low carbs after morning. Oh well, I've been doing good and I didnt go over on calories. I'll probably be a little bloated in the morning though. Cals came out to about 1760 for the day

                              Well today is my rest day. Depending on what time my boyfriend comes over I may (or may not) try to get a quick jog in this afternoon. We'll see.

                              Diet's doing good today, Cruz (boyfriend) is cooking Shark tonight! Looking forward to that...
