I have to start going up because Ive been doing the same routine for a while and I think I will see more results with 8 reps instead of 12...

Generally, I do my legs twice a week (I try) with emphasis on my butt
    Abs: x 3
    Back: x 2
    Chest: x 1 (not much)
Arms / Shoulders: x 1 (but may need to step up my shoulders some more.....?)
    Cardio: x 4 / 5 (I try!)

Dragonflag (as terra suggested I should incorporate..)

    Buttblaster (machine):

As for the jog... is it enough if I do an hour light cardio on the bike tomorrow? I am never sore the first day.. REAL soreness usually comes the second night anyway.
    Thanks!

Ah, so you get DOMS. There are ways to reduce/eliminate that. I made the comment about rapid change since I didn't know the extent of your workout history and don't want to see you quick like alot of people do when rapid change doesn't provide rapid results. I'd really not go beyond 30-45 minutes of cardio following weights since it can result in muscle loss in some cases.

Yea, as you recall, photo #2 was definately a keeper in my book...

Something else you can try, since you appear to get DOMS, is soak in a hot bath with epsom salt. Real relaxing and helps the muscles greatly.

AAAAHHHHHHH!!!! I always wondered why the hell it takes me more than 24 hours to finally feel the pain! And then when I do, it can at times last for days! (Usually just with my calves though)

Good to know! I thought I was just weird.

Interesting... thanks! I dont think its that bad that its cause for concern but this is good to know... right now my legs feel a little numb but nothing bad... by tomorrow night they will be sore enough to likely keep me awake but then it goes away within the following 24 hours. I had just always wondered why I wasnt sore RIGHT AWAY... I can do my abs and while it burns during, I usually dont get sore in the abs until 24 hours later. I thought I wasnt working hard enough or something I get that feeling a lot.

mmm, quizno's, I like the chicken carbonara, but it's so bad!

The nutrition values you looked up, what does it have on it? Perhaps you can ask for no cheese and if there is mayo or some creamy sauce, don't put that on it either. that should lower your fat calories. Everything else looks good.

But as long as you can fit it into your daily macros, go for it!
