                      Yep, this is my first time with that workout, I should have done it sooner! It is good to build up strength on the 3 "main" lifts before adding in more things.

                        Damn it's humid here today.. I HATE that.

                        Workout was awesome, all targets were met again. Squats felt natural today.. in fact, everything feels natural now. Great feeling!!

                        Doing great with the diet.. hungry sometimes but it isn't extreme.

                                4 sets unweighted crunches

                                I've just reset the weight on military press, so hopefully next time I will get 5 reps on my fourth set. Squats and Deadlifts are at targets!
