    I noticed that we have the same adjustable OLY DB's = huge space saver !!!

            Row
            5 reps @ 40,45,55

            8 reps @ 45

            3 sets of bench dips (unweighted)
            3 sets of bicep curls (20x2#)

                If you're a fan of overhead squats for corework...overhead barbell lunges you'll love.
                135lbs almost killed me.

                  Actually I think I'd like those better.. I love lunging. However, I doubt I could do them with a 45 (my 5 rep max on squats is only 75 as it is). I might try it with dumbbells sometime
