      0.5 oz nuts, 3 g flaxseed oil, 1 cup milk, 1 scoop whey, coffee, milk, banana

      Meal 2
      [wheat berry salad], 100 g chicken breast

      coffee, milk, 0.5 oz nuts, apple

      Meal 4
      [Sirloin burger, bun], green beans

      Meal 5
      1 scoop whey, 8 oz milk, 3 g fish oils

      1764 cals, 57 g fat, 170 g carbs, 151 g protein

      HIGH CAL DAYS

      Meal 1
      0.5 oz nuts, 3 g flaxseed oil, 1 cup milk, 1 scoop whey, coffee, milk, banana, 27 g oats, 1.5 oz apple juice

                    3 reps @ 54 (can feel the toll of lower cals grr)

                    Deadlifts
                    5 reps @ 65, 75, 85, 98 (YEAH BABY)

                    4 sets stability ball crunches

                    20 minutes cardio on recumbent bike
