        i should get my gf to do this.. shes never lifted or worked out really in her life, so she'd get newbie gains.. and with my support/knowledge/dedication/sex drive, she could lose alot of weight and tone up ! !

                    Thanks for the response. Well I am 5'4" approx. 135lbs, I would really like to loose some bodyfat to show off muscle, but I don't want to loose any muscle in the process. Like a lot of girls I carry my fat on my butt and thighs. IMOP My upperbody is good, but I could probably develop more muscle up there, and my lower body is very strong and developed but covered with a layer of fat.
                    I don't have any pics yet but I will get them up soon.
                    And another question, should we start a journal in this forum for the contest?

                      Yep keep you log over here....red acid is a great choice to add to lose fat and I also believe in adding creatine into the mix(green mag tastes great btw) since it adds lean body mass and the more lean body mass you have the faster you metabolism gets. Also how is your diet? Diet is key to adding muscle and dropping fat.

                        Thanks for the response! Yup, my diet is horrible right now, I pretty much eat sugar loaded cereal all the time (I hate cooking), but that is going to change when I start this! I am going shopping today. I will probably need lots of support. I am going to look into ordering those sups, they have had a lot of postive responses!

                            Hey April ! Welcome

                            If your core is strong you may be able to use that to your advantage. Also, it is pretty common to utilize carb cycling and / or calorie cycling (as a mostly temporary measure).

                            How would you rate your stamina / endurance ? (like when sprinting etc..)
