Before you laugh, I was watching a show called Girl Fight (female kickboxers kinda like The Ultimate Fighter). Also, some hot ones on there. Anyways, the coach told this girl who was 142lbs, she would be fighting at 125lbs in Thailand. However, he said she had 1 week to drop to 130lbs for the competition. So she goes ahead and goes on a protein powder and water only diet for the week and sure enough makes 130 on the dot. She was cut as hell too. Had the 8 pack going. So, how bad would this be for you, really? I think she ingested about 7-8 protein shakes a day + water throughout only. No solid foods. All I can think is, "hunger pains".....
