  • GM/WF/PW Stack

    I've been running this stack for about two weeks, I haven't used CL products in the past and so far I've been really impressed with these supps. My question is, how long should I cycle off of these, if at all? I'm assuming you don't need to cycle off the GM but any advice is greatly appreciated.

    only the wf need be cycled. use it for 6-8 weeks then take 2 weeks off.

            stack timing?

            I plan on working out first thing in the morning, what and when should I take WF, GM, and PW. Also is it alright to mix the GM with gatorade for the post workout serving?

              When you say first thing... do you mean before breakfast?

                sorry...I intend to probably drink a whey protein shake and maybe a piece of whole wheat toast w/ a little almond butter before workout, and then eat breakfast about an hour after completion of workout. Does that sound good?

                    Strengthen lower body, and gain upper body mass while lowering my bodyfat from 22% to about 6%.
