combining white flood and white blood

Hi, i am currently weight lifting 6 times a week and i just started taking white flood. I just purchased white blood, can someone give me the best advice on how to mix these 2 products, should i combine them or take white flood prework out and then white blood at bedtime? i have read to take white blood on non-training days, but i only rest on sundays, so this doesnt sem right for me.

additional information: On Monday,W,F i do chest/triceps and Tues,Thurs,Sat i do biceps/back/shoulders. I do cardio everyday, take 2 servings of WHEY daily, well balanced/low fat diet, currently taking THE BEAST, fish oils.

Can you give me some of your thoughts on how its working, i was reading the label for white Blood and it says to take at night for improved GH, do you notice that at all, when taking white Blood at night did it improve your sleep? Thank you

when i recieve my order of white blood i am going to take it at bedtime, however, i was wondering if there would be benifits of taking white flood and white blood together prior to workout, instead of splitting them
