      For shox I have the Shox Fleet. For both running and basketball would be tough. The R4 seems pretty good choice.

            When it comes to training, I always use free trainers. Highly flexable and lots of stability. When I do cardio, I am a fan of saucony shoes.
            Failure is only a word. I don't plan on giving it meaning
