    I just ordered my tub of Green Mag, I'm planning on dosing like this:

    pre-1/2 scoop GM 30 minutes pre-training with 1 scoop purple wraath and 20 whey isolate
    during-1/2 scoop purple wraath in water

    post-post workout shake and GM...MY QUESTION IS THIS: Is it most effective to mix the GM with my PWO shake? take it before the shake? take it some time after the shake?
    ...and do I take it on off days or cardio days? I would guess in the morning.

    So psyched to start the GM

      Thank you, but...I've always been under the impression after doing a decent amount of my own research on creatine that it's important to re-dose after the workout to help restore depleted creatine levels....Why is GM the only creatine that I've ever been told to only take pre-WO?

        The Pu, this addresses a question I was gonna ask. Would you combine WF with the 0-30min pre: PW? Also, is GM that much better pre-workout rather than post?

          You can combine them but I prefer PW during to keep up the energy and focus. Not to mention it taste better with H2O. I have taken GM pre and post and I cannot any difference.

            Plasma levels of creatine peak about 1 hour after taking it. Taking it pre-workout actually has you covered post as well.

                      I just got the combo (GM/PW/WF) in the mail last week. And I followed that routune. And WOW! super pumps. I mixed the GM & WF togther 30 mins Post, and sipped the PW through my workout. I love this stuff!
