The only protein powder I've been taking is Muscle Milk, But because it's a casein, I'm concerned it may not be an optimal protein for post workout use.
I'm lactose-intol and I've had trouble finding a protein powder that agrees with my stomach so I pretty much stuck with MM. Also MM's tast is hard to beat
I'm also cutting now and I'm concerned about all the Cals and Carbs in MM.
Any suggestions as to which protein powders I should try out??
