                  I am at 12ish right now, (lean for me actually) but on the average day, you can find me between 15-16 easily. I tend to hold fat AND muscle very well, and they unforunately seem to go hand in hand.

                      Just drinking 2 gallons of water and low carb.
                      Have never manipulated sodium...and only time I've tried to manipulate water (high intake and suddenly cutting it out) backfired on me.

                        • so what is your definition of low carb? below 30? i become extremely light headed if i dip below 30, but the definition comes in, but its almost impossible for me to maintain for an extended period of time (24 hrs the max)

                            • Why not? I mean this is the controlledlabs forum so we're all cool over here B) This is just before I started training almost 2 months ago. I shaved my head now. Going to take some new ones soon.







                              Yeah, nothing great, i'm still a newbie at it. I was about 5'8 & 185 on those pics and I didn't train yet. I started like a month and half ago and I lost little un-needed fat and gained about 7.5 pounds.

                              =( I swear next time i'll be and look better. Until then..... (Sorry for the vocabulary, i'm maternally French)

                                For years I used to be fine with <50g. I know many don't function well going that low. In the last 2 years I don't think I ever go below 75g now, especially if I workout. And most days I keep it now at 125-150g....so its not that low anymore.
