It has 120 servings if I am not mistaken, and 1 serving is 3 scoops and that is all you really need for a workout. So it should last you 120 workouts.

You only need to take GM once a day. 30 pre w/o or around the same time on off days.

i dont know i was under the impression that i serving is 3 scoops and you take one serving a day which is 3 scoops and that mean it only last 40 days

No prob. Best way to take it is put 1 scoop of GG on your tongue and swallow with water and repeat.

i just mix it along with my pw in a nalgene bottle. it gets mixed in pretty well if you shake it enough.
