Ordering in In Canada -- Question

Hey CL,

Just had a question. I was trying to order a t-shirt from the site.

Except I live in Canada and whenever I attempted to order I got sent to an external site where it asks for my province, postal code and such. I hit Confirm on this external site and get shipped back to the CL site to my order confirmation page.. It is just like an infinite loop.

Am I doing something wrong? Or is this just a problem you guys are having?

there is no external site. when you add something to your cart, it should take you to a pge to put in your login info or hit a button as a new customer. if you hit the new customer button it puts you to page where you enter your info. when you select canada, leave the state field empty and just write you province in the same field as the city.

An update:

So, I decided to give this another go this morning and after many attempts that didn't succeed I said, fawk it. And gave a phone order directly, again there was some troubles, but what the rep had to do was force the order manually, and then that worked.

The rep name was John. Really nice guy.
