Setting New PR's.
Close Grip Bench:
Previous: 155 x 3
New: 185 x 3
Overhead Tricep Extensions:
Previous: 195 x 5
New: 225 x 5
These seem like big increases, and they are, but a few things I can attribute to them are the following:
1.) I took a 2 hour lunch break and worked out in the middle of the day, instead of night time. I always have the urge to workout during the day, due to feeling good. I was unable to work out yesterday due to a late meeting that night, and I had a graduation to go to yesterday, so I went during lunch instead.
2.) The suppliments are kicking in. I am getting some acne, but i can feel the suppliments working.
3.) I went to a 5 x 5 routine, instead of the original 3 x 10.
Overall I am excited that my lifts are going up, and my weight is going down.
