I never had weird dreams from bannanas...
dreams are just reoccuring thoughts you have during the day which expand under the creative imagination of R.E.M. sleep cycles... that's all really... they do tons in terms of cognitive development at early ages..
and when I say thoughts, it doesnt mean your even aware of them during the day (ie. subconsioucsness etc.)

melatonin is good only if you DO NOT wake up mid way trough the night - i cant get back to sleep.
