      I never had weird dreams from bannanas...

      dreams are just reoccuring thoughts you have during the day which expand under the creative imagination of R.E.M. sleep cycles... that's all really... they do tons in terms of cognitive development at early ages..

      and when I say thoughts, it doesnt mean your even aware of them during the day (ie. subconsioucsness etc.)

        GABA has worked for me when my Insomnia kicks in. Definately have some vivid dreams on that stuff though.

                  IGF-2 helps me sleep like a baby

                  melatonin is good only if you DO NOT wake up mid way trough the night - i cant get back to sleep.

                            Funnily enough, Yellow N did make me relaxed enough to want to go to sleep too, if you want to go the CL route.

                            Or if you're bulking and can afford lots of calories.. a very high carb meal at night will do the trick

                              Here's what i read on the internet. Don't jack off, don't work out, and don't have tea even decaffinated( it's a natural diuretic so you'll get up and pee)

                              Milk, warm or cold, and a hot shower right before bed is proven too.

                              Reading helps me, and no tv like an hour before
