  • Timing of Suppliments.

    Here is my current meal plan. And below is my suppliment timing. Does it look ok?



    Is it alright to take my Green Mag ,GlycerGrow , Blue Up right after my 5:00 meal?

    I plan on taking my suppliments as follows:

    5:15 1 scoop Green Mag , 2 scoops GlycerGrow , 3 Blue Up Stim Free

    5:30 1.5 scoops Purple Wrath , 2 scoops White Flood

    6:45 1 scoop GlycerGrow , .5 scoop Green Mag

    Not sure why you have the 1 scoop of GG post workout, if I were you I would do 3 scoops of GG pre, you may get more out of the product as far as pumps/endurance. I would also do half a scoop GM at 5:15, because you'll do another half scoop post workout. 1.5 scoops is more than enough. But that scheme looks quite good IMO. Powerful stack!

    And good job on the spreadsheet!

      I believe I will take 2 scoops of the GlycerGrow at 5:15 and 1 more right before I walk into the gym.

          His timing (splitting the dosage) is excellent actually... especially when just starting the GG
