    I'm in the middle of workin out, but I had to stop and say....HOLY CRAP this shit is POTENT. I haven't had this much energy in a LONG TIME> I fucked up and took a scoop and 1/2. WAY TOO MUCH> I'll get back after my workout.

    Yup, WF has easily become my favorite pre-workout supplement.

      YO the taste is teh worst yet. I can bare it though. I definately gotta lower the scoop to 1 for sure. It was almost scarey, the rush I got. Veins and strength was through the roof though. i guarentee the next time will be a super workout. YOU DID IT AGAIN CL>

        Dam I just did my post workout cardio. I still had SO much energy, I ran twice as much as a normally do and still ain't tired. Whats goin on??

              yup 15-16 ounces. although you could go higher or lower depending on personal preference

                Ive been experimenting with my new tub of wf and I can say dont down 2 scps in 16oz before breakfast, I almost felt sick, sometimes it gives me heart burn which is why I always take it now after meals, or shortly there after

                      You'll be ok, but higher water intake should be a staple LONG before supplementation is considered anyways right?? lol

                          for taste mostly, but also because its easier to get your water intake if its flavored

                            Yep 1 scoop did it just right. I was fully powered for a full CHEST/BI's AND TRI's workout. AND I ran a good 3 miles afterwards. I really dont care about the taste. If its meant to be that way, then it is. It could be alot worse.

                              SERIOUS ISSUE C.L.: Since I started taking WF, workouts have been off the hook. (GREAT). However, right after my W/O, I like to run. WF gives me more energy than ever for my cardio. I can go forever. But am i correct in saying that, N.O. rushes to the muscles that are being worked? So when I'm done runnin, my lower legs..calves/shins etc/// are so swollen it hurts. Not the muscle pump type of hurt, the bone bendin type of hurt. I posted a thread a while ago about NO and cardio and I got mixed responses. Tomorrow, I'll run a few hours after my W/O when the WF wears off a lil and see if it helps. I almost feel worried if its something else or not.
