just had my first experience with PW and it was definitely good.
If I use 2 scoops for my workout and I usually drink a post work out shake (of grape juice + whey) consisting of about 60g protein, how much can I adjust my whey in order to compensate for the PW? Do I just make it with 7g less whey because the PurpleAA complex is 7g? or is PW so complete and good for you that I can use a lot less whey?
