Whats a Good joint? is there anything good I could find at like walmart? if not then whats the best thing I could get from BB.com?

And when I'm taking some sort of joint support supplement, how much fish oil do I need? as most Joint supps have omega-3 in them.

cissus and bone boost are probably your best bet.

Fish Oil should be a daily bro. I personally LOVE Cissus. Cheap Glucosamine/Chondroitin is a good quick fix. SAMe is also decent for your joints. Drinking a decent amount of water will also help.

TKE joint boost seemed to be getting alot of praise on BB.com, i went ahead and ordered that, if it dont work good i'll pick up the cissus next time.

I have some iffy joints at best so here is what I use

Super Cissus from USP Labs
All Flex W/ Celadrin from All Max Nutrition
Super EFA from Heaven and earth

Id say im about 80% better with all that good stuff.
