    Day 13:

    Another leg day without squats...I feel, incomplete....

    Workout:

    Leg Extensions: 160x10, 190x10, 220x10, 250x9 (PR)

    Seated Calf Raise: 90x20, 135x15x2

    DB Shoulder Press: 50x10, 60x10, 65x8 (PR), 65x5

    DB Shrugs: 85x8, 100x8, 110x6

    BB Shrugs: 225x8, 315x9, 315x8, 225x24 (another bet!)

    Felt pretty good today. Super happy about getting the 65s up for presses. Since my shoulder has healed it has been catching up nicely. Now if my knee would just watch and learn!

    Yesterday I went carb crazy, I was hungry all day and into the night. Probably because I had to study for a quiz. Either way, ended up eating atleast 200g of carbs, way more than I should have. I'll try my absolute best to tone it down to under 100g today. I need to get through this week on a good note to keep me motivated for the next 10.

        Day 15:

        I love the new split!

        Workout:

        Deadlifts: 135x10, 225x8, 275x5, 315x2 (bad form) 225x8

        Pullups: 3 sets 4 reps...getting marginally better

        BB Rows: 135x8, 155x5

        DB Rows: 80x8, 90x6 keep losing grip

        Dips: 3 sets 12 -> 10 -> 8 xBW

        Overhead Db Extension: 60x10, 70x10, 75x8, 75x8 (PR)

        Vbar Pushdowns: 120x8x3

        Felt really good today. Finally got a chance to hit my triceps hard becasue they weren't pre-exhuasted at all!PR on the overheads.

        My deadlift is concerning me, my back is rounding and I can't seem to help it. I'm going to have to drop off some weight and really work on this from now on.

        Diet was much improved yesterday over previous days this week. Higher protien, only 2 meals with comlpex carbs, no picking etc. Very happy.

        Day 16:

        Well I'm dumb.... Forgot I was supposed to do legs today instead did chest.

        Workout:
        Flat DB Press: 65x8, 75x8 (dropped last one), 75x7, 70x7, 65x6

        Incline Flys: 35x10, 40x10, 45x8

        Preacher Curls (Ez Bar): Bar + 40lbs x8, +80x10 -> +60x10 -> +40x15

        DB Curls: 35x12, 35x10, 30x10 hammer

        Cable Curls (Ez Bar): 120x10, 130x8, 140x6

        Killed my BI's today. My chest couldn't do much cause my Tri' were so tired from yesterday. I'll fix ths though, I was supposed to break up chest day and tri day by putting legs/shoulders in the middle and I forgot. My Bi's were ding good atleast.

        Weight: 190

        Feeling good. Long ass bike ride planned for tomorrow.

        Day 17:

        Well I finally was able to get out on the bike. Did 22 miles total, not abd for first time out in 7-8 months. Diet was crucial. I had 80g oats before with 2 scoops PW/WF and I was set for the whole ride. Had 75G protien shake when I got back with some berries in it.


        Day 18:

        Weight: 189

        Workout:
        Pullups: 3 sets 5->4->4 reps

        Deadlifts: 135x8, 225x10, 225x15 form deteriated at the end

        Narrow Grip Cable Rows: 145x10, 175x8, 190x6

        Dips: 2x10 Bw

        Overhead DB: 65x8, 75x8, 80x8 (PR)

        Overhead DB Extension (singles): 20x10, 30x8

        Felt great today. Tri's were tired from yesterday, they'll finally get a break tomorrow. Weight is down which makes me happy as well. About 10-12 lbs to go. Going to start adding more cardio to really get things moving hopefully.

          Workout:

          DB Shoulder Press: 50x8, 60x8, 60x8 felt weak

          DB Laterial raises: 25x12, 20x10

          DB Shrugs: 85x8, 100x10, 110x20 (PR) good, but I wussed it up with straps...

          BB Shrugs: 225x10, 315x10, 225x15

          I felt kind of in a daze until that 20 rep shrug. Woke up and felt good. Lame that I used straps but I was able to get good reps with them. Shoulders must have been tired from deads yesterday though, cause the presses I felt super weak. And again, another leg day without squats....not fun....

          I'm dissapointed in 1 thing though, my waist isn't getting any smaller. Still hovers in the 38 region which really fucking sucks. I don't know if I can eat any less calories than I already am, but maybe I need to dip below 2000 to see results...That would be rough.

            Workout:

            BB Bench: 135x8, 165x5, 185x3 (2 wit spotter helping), 135x10, 135x8

            DB Incline: 65x9, x8, 70x8

            Pushups: BWx15, +25 x 6

            Preacher Curls: bar +40x12, +80x8 -> +60x10 -> +40x15 (or 20 forgot)

            Seated DB Hammers: 30x10x3

            High Cable curls: 30x10, 40x10, 50x10, 30x10

            Felt good. Let me explain the benching. I read up last night on developing a good arch and setup so today was intended to try out the new techinques I read about. Its a little awkward right now, but I have a feeling it will work itself out in a few sessions. Couldn't push much weight cause I was concentrating on the arch and leg positioning. As for biceps, just killed those for the sake of doing so, it was fun. I really need to add mass to my arms once this cut is over....

            I have a concern lately, I think I'm eating too much, although I feel hungry pretty much all the time. Kind of sucks, but I guess I'll get over it. If I just add cardio to what I do now, I think I have a shot at dropping the 10-15 I need to...

              Days 23 & 24:

              Well, my diet went crappy over the weekend. lack of sleep matched up with 8 hour days at autox took its toll on me. Very dehydrated yesterday and didn't eat much over 1000-1500 calories.

              Weight: 185

              Workout:
              Bench: warmup, 135x9, 165x5, 175x5, 185x3 w/2 negs, 185x3 negs, 135x10

              Db incline: 50x9, 65x8, 65x7

              Straight Bar Curls: 80x8-9, 80x7x2, 60x12

              DB hammers: 30x10x3

              Killed my arms today. I watched a Mike Mentzer HIT vid on biceps so decided to try it out. Holy crap did it feel good. Those straight bar curls were intense, spent 3 seconds on the up and 1 down absolutely killed my bi's. Still working on getting a good arch for benching, although I do feel pretty weak still.

              Weight was down like crazy due to a whole bunch of things. I expect to gain back ~3lbs over the course of the week, just from proper diet. On the positive note my waist was 37.25 this morning so hopefully that doesn't increase!

              Ordering my last bottle of IGF-2 and Leviathan. That will put me at about 10-11 weeks of suppelmented cutting then I will ween off and go to just purple wraath/white flood for the remainder.

              Something of concern, my legs are in bad shape. Left calf is swore, right knee is dead. Not sure what to do about this other than lay off the squats for a while.

                Tbar Rows: 45x10, 90x10, 135x8, 90x8

                Face Pulls: 85x10, 100x10

                Dips (tri focus): 2 sets 8 reps

                Overhead Db extensions: 65x8, 75x12, 80x10, 60x15

                Felt good. Cheated on my diet last night, had 5 cookies and 1 beer for the first time in months. It was ok, had a steak wrap also. The challenge now is to avoid cookies for the rest of the weekend.

                  Pretty good workout, happy I was able to get those shoulder presses done well. I need to rderoder my stuff bad, but I'm running low on cash due to a paycheck mess up at work...

                  Weight was 190 today, not bad for the crappy diet I had this weekend.
