    Really nice and useful post. Banana has kinds of vitamins and minerals. Banana is strongly advised by physicians for patients having low level of potassium, because of its remarkable potassium content.     If you buy bannanas in bulk before they go bad slice them up and put then in the freezer.
    Yummy all natural bannana icecream.

    I love to eat banana but never thought that banana gives benefits and the overcome a substantial number of illnesses.Now i try to eat banana twice in a day and share useful post to mine friends.
