    Watch the sugars and refined/processed foods. Paleo is a good way to keep your muscles fed while eating away at some excess body fat.

    My Fat Loss tips are here: 1.Start exercising. 2.Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. 3.Keep a balanced diet. 4.Be more active. 5.Do Yoga.
