Just wanted to say Im very skeptical with supplements, but my first CL product was BH and have to say after 3 weeks I think it works, but for me it only works for 6 hours or so it seems my body is getting immune somewhat to it also the hungry feeling lasts for 3 to 5 hours now. Anyways long story short I bought some more CL stuff now my question goes how to take my supplements this is what im thinking please advise.
