Just wanted to say Im very skeptical with supplements, but my first CL product was BH and have to say after 3 weeks I think it works, but for me it only works for 6 hours or so it seems my body is getting immune somewhat to it also the hungry feeling lasts for 3 to 5 hours now. Anyways long story short I bought some more CL stuff now my question goes how to take my supplements this is what im thinking please advise.

green Mag

before going to bed (3 hours after working out I go to bed)
white blood
BU (stim free)


is that appropriate timing for supplements on the CL stack I chose?

looks good, but only take the blue up in the morning, no need for a second dose.

well I accidently bought two the stim one and stim free one......can i take the stim free before bedtime? If not then I plan to take it on days off....

yeah, you can take stim free before bed or the stim one in the morning

yeah well I noticed some folks returned stuff and they took it back at least back at bbing.com site. After I ordered the black hole and tried it for 2.5 weeks I did notice an appetite increase so I figured heck I will stick with CL and see what happens. I bought then white blood dont know if its doing anything really, but hey after my cycle of CL stuff I will check back. Currently using.
