  • Help with timing in the am: blue up or red acid?

    Hi!
    Need some help with timing:
    I get up at 7 am to take my kids to school, have breakfast at 7:20 and was thinking to take Red Acid first thing before breakfast (I used to do that with Reduction AM), but I saw somewhere it is recommended to take Blue Up first thing?
    I come back home around 9:30, do some stuff around the house and go to the gym at 10:00-10:30 am. Now I was thinking of taking White Flood as a PW when I come back at 9;30, but also saw somewhere that you need 4-5 hours between Red Acid and White Flood. Come back from gym and go to work.
    Purple Wraath as an intro workout, Orange Triads somewhere around 4-5 pm and Reduction PM before bed.
    I was looking at the stacking info and I am pretty much in advanced Fat Loss/Cutting stack, do I need Green Bulge/green Mag too and when to take it?
