    Day 1

    Weight:272.6

    Initial Thoughts:

    Taste- 7/10 Definitely not bad. Not quite as good as anticipated though. Would recommend a little more sucralose in future batches.

    Taste with Green MAG- 10/10 These two together taste awesome!

    Mixability- 10/10 All of it dissolves 100%.


    Today was MAX Effort Squat day. Went with 14" box squats.

    Followed that up with some SLDLs and some core work.

    Post Workout Thoughts

    Strength- 10/10 Way up as you can see by the PRs.

    Endurance- 10/10 I felt incredible. No fatigue whatsoever and was able to do more reps with much more weight.

    Focus- 9/10 Extremely intense and focussed workout. Very impressive, especially only from 1.5 scoops.

    Pump- ?/10 I never get any sort of pump on squat/dead day.


    Close to a perfect workout today. If there was better music playing, Im sure it would have been perfect. Im very excited for this log. I can see me and this product doing some BIG things if most workouts are even close to as good as this one was.

    Whats even more impressive is that I drank 15 beers Saturday night and only slept from 5am to 9:30am. I was still draggin ass today, but this stuff just got me in the zone!

    Today was MAX effort bench day.

    Training session was pretty fouled up today. Statewide WASL testing is going on right now and I misread my schedule and only had a spotter for about 10 minutes of my main workout. Also had a lot less time to workout.

    Got a pretty nice pump considering the circumstances. Still hard to really rate the pump due to the less than optimal circumstances.

    I was sweating more than normal today. Whether its the White Flood or just a more up tempo workout, I dont know.

    Today sucked. I had to go stretch in the freezing ass cold with the track team when I was dressed for a nice deadlift workout. Then with my luck, the weight room door, which is conveniently very close to where I deadlift, had been open for a while and that area was cold as hell.

    Today is normally [PLINK=2125]speed[/PLINK] squat day, but I decided to do an "olympic" day instead because the bands have been causing some weird pain in my [PLINK=3228]hip[/PLINK]/groin area the last couple [PLINK=2125]speed[/PLINK] sessions.

    Its been quite a while since Ive done these, so IDK about PRs...

    I still have to comment on how amazing I feel working out while taking this stuff. You just feel so incredibly fresh and ready to go. I just hope no real tolerance issues come up.

    First track meet tomorrow... I plan on taking half a scoop of GM w/ a gram or 2 of CEE and also a scoop or a scoop and a half of White Flood.
