      cant believe it, i trained my back and hammies harder than ever, and my deadlift is getting WEAKER. Im going to switch to Sumo. I noticed that when im about to pull, my form is good. but when i pull, i lose form and pull it like a SLDL, and i focused on doing it with 295, and failed to use my legs much.

        *Smashed my forearms, they got a huge pump. It felt like i was wearing casts on my arms. I don't know how the hell i'm going to raise my military press, it's so fuckin weak.
