        Felt, heard a nice crack in my left shoulder on 135 on military press. felt it, but didnt really hurt at all. Holy shit i took a huge mental hit on my 245 set, the 1st rep was fairly easy and smooth, and the 2nd wasnt even close. hopefully it was just my form.

        i will probably do heavy deads tomorrow to take out some frustration.
