          went to the gym on friday, but nothing worth posting.

          my lower back and hams were fried, so i couldnt do much.

          did some pull throughs, attempted good mornings, did some calve and that was about it.

                hey whats up, its going pretty good, with some days not so good. Nursing a minor wrist injury and hoping my bench will increase from board presses.
                The incline close grip presses are great to switch up, love them.
